The Deloro Stellite GmbH is considered one of the leading manufacturers of wear resistant products and supplier of complete solutions concerning wear protection.

Our emphasis on the one hand is the manufacture of components cast by various processes from Nickel- and Cobalt-based alloys (e.g. Stellite®). Alternatively we use several welding and thermal spraying processes to hard-face components. Our full range of machining processes enables us to supply turn-key components.

As well as manufacturing wear-resistant components we also supply hard-facing materials which are produced by our sister companies. These products include wires, rods and powders made from Nickel- and Cobalt-based alloys.

Another business sector is the manufacturing of PTA coating systems. Hettiger Stellite GmbH is a subsidiary of Deloro Stellite GmbH and is one of the leading manufacturers of PTA coating systems worldwide. Due to our many years of experience with customers all over the world, we are able to adapt the welding systems to your individual needs.
