The Deloro Stellite GmbH is considered one of the leading manufacturers of wear resistant products and supplier of complete solutions concerning wear protection.
Since more than 35 years in Germany and since 100 years internationally, we develop customized wear solutions in close co-operation with our customers on a high technology level.
Deloro Stellite GmbH is the largest and most modern plant in the Deloro Stellite Group. As one of the leading companies in the field of wear technology we develop optimal solutions - and manufacture the parts - for many different industrial wear problems.
Our emphasis on the one hand is the manufacture of components cast by various processes from Nickel- and Cobalt-based alloys (e.g. Stellite®). Alternatively we use several welding and thermal spraying processes to hard-face components. Our full range of machining processes enables us to supply turn-key components.
As well as manufacturing wear-resistant components we also supply hard-facing materials which are produced by our sister companies. These products include wires, rods and powders made from Nickel- and Cobalt-based alloys.
Excellent product properties guarantee reliable resistance to combinations of corrosion, high temperatures and wear mechanisms.
