History of Deloro Stellite GmbH, Koblenz
1970
Deloro Stellite GmbH in Koblenz founded as a subsidiary of Deloro Stellite Ltd. in Swindon, England.
1972-1974
Independent production started in Koblenz. In the following years Koblenz took full responsibility for sales of Deloro Stellite products in seven European countries, including all of Eastern Europe.
1980
The Deloro Stellite Group was sold to the Cabot Corporation in Boston. Deloro Stellite GmbH became an independent company in the Cabot Wear Technology Group.
1984
Relocation of Deloro Stellite GmbH to larger premises with new, bigger buildings, allowing further expansion.
1998
Foundation of a subsidiary for PTA welding equipment by acquisition of one of the leading companies in this sector (now: Hettiger Stellite GmbH).
2006
Deloro Stellite GmbH in Koblenz is the biggest plant in the Deloro Stellite group. Foundation of the subsidiary Deloro Stellite Ural in Perm/Russia and foundation of a joint venture in Dehradun/India.
